Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to review the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.  

Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Please note that because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, texture, and appearance are normal and are part of the handmade nature of each product.
